Today, we assist our clients in seizing the opportunities that Smart Cities and Smart Mobility represent in terms of developing smart mobility and promoting environmental sustainability.

In 2023, Targa Telematics finalized the acquisition of Viasat Group, an Italian company that is a leader in Europe in the provision of satellite and IoT info-telematics services and solutions for the safety and security of people, vehicles and goods, which confirms and strengthens our leadership in the sector on an international level. As we already operated abroad with our subsidiaries in England, Spain, France, and Portugal, with the entry of Viasat we can now extend our operations to eight key European countries (Italy, Portugal, Spain, France, England, Belgium, Poland, and Romania), alongside our subsidiary in Chile. This reinforces strong local support in different countries in order to better serve our clients, namely multinational companies active in the sector of mobility and others.

Sustainability starts with our solutions.

We develop IoT, Smart Mobility solutions and advanced digital platforms for mobility operators that enable new, more eco-sustainable and secure business models, and generate savings as regards both economic and human resources.

We support the growth of short- and long-term rental companies, financial companies, and large fleets, providing insurance telematics solutions and services, asset and fleet management, diagnostics and remote telemetry of professional and construction equipment, and airport vehicle management.
