Targa Telematics aims to expand its Research & Development Hub in Treviso.

The company is expected to hire more than 60 engineers, developers and data scientists over the next three years.

Targa Telematics is growing and aims to double the workforce of its Research & Development hub in Treviso, which currently counts a team of approx. 50 professionals engaged in testing and continuously improving the latest generation solutions for smart-mobility and the Internet of Things.

The Italian tech company – specialized in the development of digital solutions in the field of telematics, smart-mobility and IoT platforms for mobility operators – has announced the goal of hiring more than 60 engineers, developers and data scientists over the next three years.

The R&D hub in Treviso is a young and dynamic environment and has enabled Targa Telematics to achieve its current distinctive position in the field of technological innovation, also thanks to significant investments that the company allocates year after year to research and cybersecurity.

The department operates via the agile working methodology, which includes a series of winning approaches in the Research & Development and professional growth field, such as: the creation of small, multifunctional and self-organized groups; the incremental development of projects; as well as the direct, continuous involvement of the customer in the process of implementing the technological solution.

Targa Telematics, which has its headquarters in Treviso and an office in Turin, in 2020 recorded revenues of approximately 40 million euros, counts 130 employees and 950 customers.
