The amount will be disbursed through the company’s welfare platform and will reach an amount of 1,300 euros based on the length of service with the company.
The “High Cost Of Living” bonus is in addition to the welfare programs already guaranteed by national collective bargaining.
Targa Telematics – the tech company specialized in the development of digital solutions in the connected mobility field – has decided to distribute a “High Cost Of Living” bonus to its employees to provide ad hoc support in the current phase of inflation and price growth.
This is a one-time bonus that will be disbursed in the form of welfare through the platform already in use by the company and will reach an amount of 1,300 euros, based on the employee’s length of service with Targa Telematics.
The initiative is a supplement to the welfare programs already guaranteed by collective bargaining.
“We are aware that the results and growth of the company, which recorded a 30% increase in turnover in 2021, are thanks to the passion, dedication, talent and commitment of our people”, said Nicola De Mattia, Targa Telematics CEO. “Through this initiative, we want to offer our employees concrete financial support in the light of the global macroeconomic environment and contribute as a company to the protection of their purchasing power”.
